Your mission at Voi
As our local development officer, you'll be the face of Voi on the ground in Marseille. You'll report to the market development manager and play a key role in growing our presence, building local relationships and improving our service across your territory.
You'll act as our local connector, the link between riders, local partners, the city and our operations team. Your work directly shapes how well Voi serves Marseille.
What you'll do
Build local partnerships
Find, build and maintain a network of local partners
Set up and run strategic partnerships, and grow our B2B relationships
Track the impact of partner activities
Spot new opportunities to grow the service in your territory
Run "Maison Voi" as a local hub, a regular, welcoming space for partners and stakeholders, and a base for events and visibility campaigns
Represent Voi in the field
Set up and run information stands and promotional events
Support road safety awareness campaigns
Represent Voi at local events
Gather feedback from riders and local stakeholders
Read the market
Run on-the-ground service audits
Analyse usage patterns and spot areas to improve
Track competitors operating in Marseille
Turn findings into clear recommendations for the market development manager
Work with data
Run structured, data-led analyses
Track market performance indicators
Spot opportunities to optimise the service
Contribute to local action plans
Manage relationships with the city
Handle day-to-day requests from local authorities
Coordinate and follow through on agreed actions
Check on the ground that commitments are delivered
Prepare materials for meetings with local authorities
What you'll bring
We're looking for someone curious, proactive and genuinely comfortable in the field — someone who builds relationships easily and turns local knowledge into action.
Local roots: you know Marseille well, ideally because you live or have lived there
Public affairs experience: some exposure to working with local authorities, institutions or public-sector partners; this isn't a purely commercial partnerships role
Driving licence: category B, required (you'll be driving to events)
Languages: fluent French; professional English
Mindset: proactive, positive, and comfortable owning outcomes end to end
A genuine interest in micromobility: you don't need to be an expert, but you should already ride, or be keen to get riding
Good to know
Contract: permanent (CDI), full-time
Working hours: daytime
You'll get a structured one-year onboarding and development plan, including training on data analysis and AI tools
