YOUR MISSION AT VOI
As the Human Resources Business Partner (FRITES) your main responsibility is to coach and support the HQ leaders in all HR-related topics. In addition to this you will work execute and own HR operations in your region. In close collaboration with the rest of the People & Culture function you will create a great culture and a scalable People-function in a fast-growing environment. This will include:
- Maintaining an in-depth knowledge of local legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance
- Partnering with the Southern Europe leadership team to actively drive the development of our culture and leadership capabilities through coaching and education
- Providing the leaders with guidance in day-to-day performance management
- Working hands-on with employee relations cases and other business cases connected to organisational changes, work environment, work relationships, and talent management
- Being accountable for creating, driving and integrating elements of the people strategy in the region
- Collaborating closely with all parts of the People & Culture function to gain insights and initiate new projects
- Support leaders across multiple warehouses/sites in the Southern Europe region
- Owning the HR Service desk for your specific markets and ensuring qualified answers and support within the set time frame.
- Proactively suggest and drive improvements in processes and policies where needed and actively support in the implementation.
WHAT YOU NEED TO EMBARK:
We are looking for an independent and business-minded HR-professional ready to take the initiative, work to reach set goals and continuously raise the bar for the leaders at Voi. In addition to being an outgoing collaborator fluent in English, we believe the right person has:
- 3-5 years of experience working as an HR-business partner independently supporting and coaching a diverse set of leaders
- Fluency in French is a must
- Good knowledge of French (Italian and Spanish is a merit) labour law and experience from independently handling employment law related matters is a must
- A university degree in HR, business administration or equivalent
- Experience of working as an HR-business partner supporting and coaching a diverse set of leaders in a fast paced environment
- The ability to balance operational and strategic work
- Experience from blue-collar- and scaleup companies is a merit
