The HR team enables Voi to succeed by partnering with the business to build organisational- and people capability, shape and implement effective people strategies, and facilitate activities that ensure HR excellence and continuous learnings in the organisation.

Our goal is to make sure we have world class people processes that accelerate the growth of the people and the overall organisation. To do this we have three functions owning everything within core HR: 

• HR Operations: Our first line support that ensures the day-to-day runs smoothly, that our HR systems and people data is up to date, and that we have a global way of working
• HR Business Partners: Strategic partners working continuously to challenge, coach and develop our leaders throughout the organisation
• Talent Development: Owning the development and implementation of learning strategies to ensure the continuous development of our leadership capabilities and people
