Head of CEO Office & Strategic Projects
YOUR MISSION AT VOI
As Head of CEO Office & Strategic Projects you will play a key role in enabling Voi to deliver on its full potential, both through effective leadership and operational excellence. In this role you will report directly to the CEO and work closely with the CFO and executive team, acting as the connective tissue between strategy and execution, ensuring alignment on priorities to create long term value, and driving critical initiatives that shape the company’s direction and impact.
This is a high-trust, high-impact role for a strategic leader with strong business judgement, who thrives in dynamic environments and is enthusiastic about the opportunity to make a tangible difference at the core of the company. This will include:
- Driving strategic development with an outside-in perspective and supporting the CEO, CFO and Board in planning and accelerating the company’s long-term value creation path.
- Acting as a central link between the CEO/CFO and the executive and leadership teams to ensure clear communication, alignment and follow-through on top priorities.
- Structuring and owning executive meeting forums, agendas, content, and follow-up to ensure relevance and impact.
- Driving and coordinating high-priority transformation projects, including company-wide change programs, and complex cross-functional initiatives.
- Shaping and improving Voi’s operating model to ensure clarity of ownership, efficient decision-making, and scalable execution.
- Collaborating with the Financial Planning & Strategy team on Voi’s long-term strategy, ensuring that executive priorities translate into meaningful plans and measurable outcomes.
- Monitoring business and organizational performance, identifying areas for improvement, and proactively enabling success across the company.
WHAT YOU NEED TO EMBARK
We’re looking for a hands-on, goal-oriented and high-energy individual, with a strong commercial savvyness and a natural ability to build strong relationships and collaboration with key stakeholders. In addition to being professionally fluent in English, we believe the right person has:
- Bachelor or Master of Science within business, economics, engineering or similar.
- 5+ years of proven work experience from areas within business management, operations, strategy or similar. Experience from high-growth operations or start-ups and/or top-level management consulting is a plus.
- Experience from leading complex, multi-stakeholder change and/or impact projects (e.g., reorganizations, cost reductions, large scale implementations).
- Strong track record of delivering results against ambitious plans with large teams.
- Experience working with executive level stakeholders.
- Experience from effectively communicating complex ideas to a diverse audiences.
- Experience from business case modelling.
