YOUR MISSION AT VOI
As Commercial Development Manager you will be at the heart of our commercial operations, using data-driven insights to unlock revenue opportunities, and maximise monetisation and user retention. In this role, you will collaborate closely with our market leaders and support them with commercial and pricing recommendations, and drive cross-functional collaboration across HQ and local markets. This will include:
Data Analysis & Reporting
- Leverage data and analysis to identify strategic opportunities and uncover actionable insights to shape price- and discount recommendations
- Deliver clear and actionable reports on the impact of A/B tests and commercial initiatives
- Track progress against set KPIs, and drive continuous improvements and iteration on strategies
Market Collaboration & Optimisation
- Monitor market trends and performance, and collaborate continuously with market leaders to identify region-specific challenges and opportunities
- Develop and execute tailored price- and discount strategies to improve revenue growth and user retention
Stakeholder & Process Management
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and act as the bridge between central- and local teams to ensure alignment key priorities
- Manage initiative timelines, stakeholder communications, and deliverables to ensure successful outcomes
Building Knowledge & Impact
- Partner with senior team members to deepen understanding of user and market development to shape price optimisation and rider segmentation strategies
- Contribute to hypothesis generation, conduct simulations and A/B test, to identify price and discount opportunities that can drive incremental revenue impact
- Collaborate continuously across the organisation to to develop tools and processes, implement solutions and improve data-driven decision-making across the organisation
WHAT YOU NEED TO EMBARK
We are looking for a result-oriented, analytical and structured person with the ability to work with senior stakeholders on multiple projects in a fast-paced dynamic environment. In addition to being fluent in English, we believe the right person has:
- Bachelors’s degree in Engineering, Finance, Business or similar
- Experience as a management consultant or working with commercial development in a fast-moving company
- Experience from working with excel, and ability to conduct numeric analysis and understand the underlying drivers of specific metrics
- Ability to influence and communicate complex topics efficiently with senior internal stakeholders, verbally and in writing
- Experience from SQL and data visualisation tools is a merit
