Head of Commercial Optimisation – Business OperationsThe Commercial Optimisation team is responsible for the global price & discount strategy, and optimising price points and price products offers in our markets. We work to continuously improve our top-line performance and to balance the needs of competitive performance with growth and profitability targets. We identify patterns, insights and opportunities in pricing and discounting to provide senior market leaders with recommendations and decision making guidance. We also work closely with our product and marketing teams to maximise impact, and share learnings and market insights to support prioritisation and the development of new initiatives.
Our goal is to maximise the value creation from Voi’s vehicles by defining, executing and tuning our price & discount strategy for each city we operate in.
The team is highly analytical, using both quantitative and qualitative insights to guide decisions balancing interests of our users, Voi as a company, and market dynamics.
