Head of Growth Marketing – Business OperationsGrowth Marketing is a data-driven marketing team focused on growing and retaining Voi’s rider base - while serving as a key insight engine for the broader business. Sitting at the intersection of marketing, product, pricing, and rider experience, we turn behavioural data and user research into experiments, campaigns, and growth strategies that scale. From launching new channels to optimising creative workflows and informing product journeys, we make sure the voice of the rider is embedded across everything we do - including how the Voi brand shows up in the world.
Our goal: To grow and retain a healthy, high-value rider base - by building insight-led, scalable marketing that improves user journeys and drives long-term impact across markets. We act as a central hub for actionable rider insights, helping the organisation deeply understand user needs. The team also prioritises marketing efforts and sets brand direction - including the development of core messaging and direction of creatives - ensuring our communications are consistent, compelling, and grounded in data.
