Your mission at Voi
At Voi, we're on a mission to build cities made for living, free from noise and pollution. As a fleet specialist in Amersfoort, you'll keep our e-scooters and e-bikes safe, charged and ready to ride. You'll split your time between the streets of Amersfoort and our warehouse, driving a company e-van to maintain and recharge our fleet and move it to where riders need it. Full training provided, so you don't need any mechanical experience.
Work evenings, nights or weekends? You'll earn up to 85% extra.
Your mission at Voi
🚐 Drive our van around Amersfoort to collect, drop off and move scooters and e-bikes to where they're needed, from Amersfoort Centraal to [other hotspots].
🔋 Swap batteries so every vehicle is ready to ride.
🅿️ Tidy up parking so pavements stay clear and safe.
🔧 Do basic checks and simple repairs. No experience needed, we'll train you.
🧽 Keep vehicles clean and in good condition.
📱 Log your tasks in our operations app.
You'll spend about [X]% of your time on the road and [Y]% in our warehouse in [area].
What you'll need to embark
A category B driving licence valid in the Netherlands, and confidence driving a [van type] in city traffic.
The ability to lift up to [X] kg.
Good spoken English, as English is our working language.
Flexibility to work shifts that include evenings, nights and weekends.
A VOG (Verklaring Omtrent het Gedrag). We'll ask you to request one before you start.
The right to work in the Netherlands.
A hands-on attitude and a willingness to learn. You don't need mechanical experience.
Job conditions
Contract: 6-month fixed term. [What happens after 6 months]
Salary: We'll share your base salary on your first call with our Talent Acquisition team.
Extra pay: evenings (20:00–00:00) +30%, nights (00:00–07:00) +50%, Saturdays +47%, Sundays and public holidays +85% (or time off in lieu), overtime +28.5% for the first 2 hours each week, then +47%.
Working hours: We need flexibility. Shifts run across the day and include evenings, nights and weekends, and these hours earn extra pay (see above). [Add typical shift times]
