Warehouse & Logistics Team Lead – Turin

Voi, Europe's #1 micromobility company, is expanding operations in Italy and launching in Turin.
We're looking for a Warehouse & Logistics Team Lead with strong operational experience to lead our warehouse and fleet operations in the city.
What you'll own:
Warehouse Operations: oversee day-to-day warehouse activities, ensuring efficient workflows for vehicle maintenance, repair, and battery swapping
Inventory Management :manage spare parts and battery inventory to ensure availability and optimal stock levels
Team Leadership:manage, coach, and develop a team of Fleet Specialists through regular one-on-ones, performance reviews, and training
Process & SOPs: implement and refine standard operating procedures to improve efficiency and service quality
3PL & Vendor Coordination: daily contact with 3PL partners and external vendors, ensuring adherence to agreed procedures
Health & Safety: ensure full compliance with safety regulations, mandatory training, and incident management processes
Fleet Support: support van operations, including tracking device installation/removal
What you'll need:
2+ years of experience in warehouse, logistics, or operations management
Experience managing and developing a team
Strong organisational skills and ability to manage inventory/stock levels
Full Italian driving licence (occasional van driving required)
Fluent English; comfortable with digital tools (MS Office, G Suite)
Job conditions:
Contract: 12-month fixed-term
Schedule: 5 days/7, day shift, weekly rotation (occasional weekends)
