La tua missione in Voi
Voi, l'azienda leader in Europa nella micromobilità, sta espandendo le sue operazioni a Torino, e cerchiamo persone motivate per unirsi al nostro team come Fleet Specialist.
Potrai lavorare in due aree diverse, in base al carico di lavoro:
🔧 Team Meccanico: sarai responsabile della manutenzione e riparazione dei nostri vehicoli, garantendo che siano sempre in perfette condizioni e fornendo supporto al team sul campo
🚐 Team sul Campo: utilizzerai i nostri furgoni elettrici per svolgere diverse attività nell'area di Torino, assicurando che le nostre operazioni siano il più efficienti possibile
Le tue attività quotidiane:
Gestione della logistica di raccolta e fornitura dei vehicoli Voi ⚙️
Ricerca e raccolta di vehicoli danneggiati 🛴
Sostituzione delle batterie 🔋
Riparazioni rapide in loco 🔧
Diagnosi e riparazione di veicoli rotti 🔧
Riciclo e smontaggio di veicoli non riparabili ♻️
Supporto in magazzino nell'accettazione e imballaggio di nuovi veicoli e batterie 🔍
Supporto al team sul campo per identificare veicoli danneggiati, liberare spazi di parcheggio o rimettere in ordine veicoli caduti 🤝
Cosa cerchiamo:
Patente di guida italiana valida (potresti guidare i nostri e-Van)
Buona conoscenza della tua città e abitudine a guidare in ambito urbano
Spirito di squadra, capacità di lavorare in autonomia e in gruppo
Mentalità pragmatica orientata alla soluzione dei problemi
Capacità di mantenere la calma in situazioni di stress (traffico, parcheggi difficili...)
Buona forma fisica per il trasporto di carichi pesanti
Condizioni di lavoro:
Turni: 5 giorni su 7 (turno fisso)
Orario: ruolo con turno notturno, che include lavoro regolare nei weekend in base alle esigenze operative
Contratto: tempo determinato di 12 mesi

Your mission at Voi
For the position as a Fleet Specialist, you'll have the possibility of working in two different areas, depending on workload and suitability. We have our mechanical team, where you will be responsible for the maintenance and repair of our vehicles. This means keeping our scooters in top shape and provide strong support to our team on the ground. We also have our In field team, where you'll be utilising our vans to perform different tasks in the Turin area, making sure our operations runs as efficiently as possible. Here are some exciting tasks awaiting you as a Fleet Specialist:
Ensuring the logistics of collecting and providing Voi scooters⚙️
Searching for and collecting damaged scooters 🛴
Battery replacement🔋
Performing quick on-site repairs of the scooters🔧
Diagnosing and repairing broken vehicles🔧
Recycling and dismantling vehicles that cannot be repaired ♻️
Assisting with the acceptance, packaging, and provision of new vehicles and batteries arriving at the warehouse🔍
Supporting our on-site team as needed, whether it's identifying damaged vehicles, clearing parking spaces, or setting up fallen vehicles🤝
What you'll need to embark
Italian Driving License. The reason for this is you may be required to drive one of our e-Van's occasionally
In-depth knowledge of your city and you’re used to driving in your city
Responsible team player that can manage tasks alone and also work well together in a group
Ability to motivate others and to share knowledge within the team
Pragmatic problem-solving mentality that executes tasks, finds solutions and works hard to reach the team targets and OKR’s
Ready to navigate your city in a van under any weather and traffic conditions
Has the ability to react calmly to stressful situations (poor parking, traffic…)
You have a physical condition that allows you to carry heavy loads
PLEASE NOTE: You may be required to go through a DBS Check for this role.
Job conditions
NOTE: Our Talent Acquisition is based in Spain; you will receive a phone call from a Spanish number (+34)!
Working shifts: 5 out of 7 (Fixed shift pattern)
Working hours: This is a night-shift role and includes regular weekend work, based on operational needs.
Contract type: 12 months Fixed Term contract
