Operations Team Lead E-Mobility (m/f/d) – Lübeck
Lead a Team. Shape a City.
Since 2018, Voi has been on a mission to create safe, sustainable and reliable micromobility for everyone. Today we are Europe's #1 e-scooter service, operating in 110+ cities with over 300 million rides. We are now building up our operation in Lübeck - and we are looking for our first Fleet Operations Team Lead to own it from day one.
This is a leadership role with real responsibility: you will directly manage a team of ~12 Fleet Specialists, work closely with the Site Manager, and gradually take on more ownership of the day-to-day operation as we grow. It is also a hands-on role - you will be present in the field alongside your team, not behind a desk.
What's in It for You
30 days' annual leave - plus flexible public holidays you can swap for days that matter to you
Stock options - become a partial owner of Voi and share in our long-term success
Pension - Voi contributes to an Allianz pension on top of your salary
Urban Sports Club membership - free access to gyms, pools, yoga, and more
Unlimited free Voi rides via Voi4Business
Career growth - a clear path from Team Lead → Senior Team Lead → Site Manager or City Operations
Parental leave top-up and additional recharge days for long-serving employees
Cash and referral bonuses
Your Mission
As Fleet Operations Team Lead, you split your time between leading your team (~40%) and working hands-on in the field and warehouse (~60%). You are the direct point of contact for your Fleet Specialists every day.

Run hiring, onboarding and training for your team
Give regular feedback, support performance, and build a team culture that drives results

Track key operational KPIs using our dashboards
Translate data into concrete daily actions and process improvements
Report to the Site Manager and contribute to operational planning
What You Bring

Required
Previous leadership experience - e.g. leading a small team, coordinating shifts, coaching colleagues
A valid driving licence
Fluency in English; at least basic German
Availability to work rotating shifts, Monday to Sunday (AM: 07:00–15:30 / PM: 15:00–23:30)
