YOUR MISSION AT VOI

As Talent Acquisition Partner, your primary focus will be supporting our central Tech & Product teams, while also stepping in to support commercial roles when needed based on current business priorities. In this role you will partner with the hiring managers, supporting them in their recruitments, advising them in all areas relating to talent acquisition and coaching them continuously on Voi's best practices.

In addition, you will collaborate closely with the rest of the Talent Acquisition team, and the wider People & Culture function, to develop and strengthen our talent acquisition practice across the organisation. This will include: 

• Collaborating closely with hiring managers and HR Business Partners to understand hiring needs and communicating trends

• Owning and driving the recruitment process from start to finish

• Sourcing directly and working proactively to build diverse candidate pipelines

• Managing communication with candidates and ensuring a stellar candidate experience at all times

• Taking ownership of relevant OKRs and delivering end-to-end on projects that improve our talent acquisition processes and impact

• Contributing to the development of a strong culture by setting an example as a member of the People & Culture team

WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO EMBARK

We are looking for an ambitious and people-centric Talent Acquisition professional who thrives in a fast-paced, international environment. You bring an ownership mindset, a collaborative working style and the ability to adapt quickly as priorities evolve – and you’re curious about how tools, data and AI can make hiring better for everyone.

• 3+ years of experience working with end to end recruitment within Tech & Product

• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with experience partnering with senior leaders and hiring managers

• Experience or knowledge with different search & sourcing techniques together with a skill of finding talents outside of the obvious places

• A knack for playing with new tools – including AI‑powered ones – to see how they can make our processes smarter

• Ability to manage multiple roles and projects simultaneously and prioritise effectively without losing your sense of humour

• Experience actively networking with talent communities and contributing to employer branding initiatives to position Voi as an employer of choice
