Central Operations Associate
YOUR MISSION AT VOI
As a Central Operations Associate, you will report to the Director Of Central Operations and work continuously to drive improvements in operational processes, workforce optimisation, and strategic execution across all markets. In this role, you will support the development and roll-out of a new process for the sourcing, logistics, application and removal of marketing material on the vehicles. In addition to that you will collaborate closely with the rest of the team to collect data, run analysis and build actionable dashboards to support data-informed decision making and scalable improvements in our operations. This will include:
Operational Support & Execution:
Supporting the development, rollout and follow-up of operational initiatives across markets.
Assisting in the implementation and adoption of standard operating procedures (SOPs), tools and ways of working to ensure clarity and consistency across markets.
Performance Analysis & Reporting:
Collecting, structuring, and analysing operational data to support performance tracking and decision-making.
Building and maintaining dashboards to monitor KPIs related to efficiency, quality, cost, and compliance.
Supporting root cause analysis of operational issues and help identify improvement opportunities.
Preparing reports and insights for reviews, workshops, and stakeholder updates.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Collaborating with the Central Operations team and market stakeholders to support knowledge-sharing and adaptation of best practice.
Acting as a reliable operational counterpart in cross-functional initiatives, ensuring follow-through on agreed actions.
Continuous Improvement:
Building a strong understanding of operational complexity across vehicle types and market setups.
Working continuously to contribute with ideas and support the continuous improvement efforts.
WHAT YOU NEED TO EMBARK
We are looking for an analytical and data-driven person with the ability to build relationships and communicate effectively with stakeholders across different functions, and an interest in supporting the development and implementation of operational excellence initiatives across multiple markets. In addition to being fluent in English, we believe the right person has:
Bachelor degree in engineering, business, finance or similar.
1+ years experience working hands-on with business modelling, data analysis and building dashboards.
Strong data analytics proficiency including ability to independently manage large data sets and provide strategic insights to key stakeholders.
Experience working with Excel/Google sheets, SQL and data visualisation tools (e.g. Tableau/Steep)
Experience collaborating effectively with diverse stakeholders.
