At Voi, our Central Operations & Safety team is the engine room behind seamless, scalable, and safe operations. We’re the team behind the scenes creating the standards, tools, and processes that make sure every scooter and bike you ride is well-maintained, safe, and available — all while keeping operations efficient and future-ready.

Operational Architects:
We design and standardise how Voi operates in every warehouse, street, and city. From optimising in-field repairs to fine-tuning warehouse workflows, we set the "golden standards" that make sure everything runs smoothly — with quality, safety and cost-efficiency in mind.
Efficiency Enablers:
We focus on getting more value out of every task and every hour worked. Through workload planning, workforce flexibility, and optimised workflows, we make sure markets have what they need to stay efficient, cost-effective, and scalable.
Fleet Innovators:
Whether it's scooters or e-bikes, we continuously improve how our fleet is repaired, rebalanced, and deployed. We pioneer in-field repair strategies, redesign transport systems, and fine-tune task prioritisation — all to deliver reliable rides and reduce operational costs.
Safety Champions:
Rider safety, employee safety, road safety — we lead it all. We create the safety standards and tools that markets rely on, and we follow up to make sure they’re not just box-ticking but building a real culture of safety.. We drive ISO certifications, standardise safety procedures, and foster a proactive safety culture across all markets.
Data-Driven Problem Solvers:
We use data to stay sharp. From tracking backlog and workforce metrics to identifying performance gaps, we provide the insights and tools markets need to continuously improve.
