YOUR MISSION AT VOI

At Voi, we are building safe, sustainable and reliable micromobility at scale. As Head of Vehicle Procurement, you will play a critical role in how our vehicles and components are sourced, developed and delivered to markets across Europe.

You will lead Voi’s Vehicle Procurement organisation and own our global sourcing and supplier strategy for scooters, e-bikes, batteries and spare parts. Working closely with QA, Engineering and Operations, you will ensure that our supply base delivers the best combination of technology, quality, cost and reliability.

This senior leadership role combines long-term strategic ownership with hands-on supplier and market engagement.

Your mission includes:

• Leading and developing the Vehicle Procurement organisation, including Category Managers and Purchasers.

• Owning and defining the global procurement strategy for vehicles, batteries and spare parts.

• Driving competitive total cost of ownership through sourcing, negotiations and supplier development.

• Building and managing strategic supplier partnerships and long-term collaboration models.

• Leading sourcing and supplier nomination for new vehicles, components and technologies.

• Collaborating closely with QA and Engineering to ensure robust supplier and product decisions.

• Ensuring supply continuity, risk mitigation and long-term scalability across the supply base.

• Creating resilience in our supply base by shaping the future supplier footprint to match Voi’s growth and technology roadmap.

• Acting as the senior commercial counterpart to key suppliers and a procurement subject-matter expert for the internal organisation.

WHAT YOU NEED TO EMBARK

We are looking for a strategic, commercially strong procurement leader who thrives in an international, fast-moving environment and enjoys combining high-level strategy with execution.

We believe you have:

• A bachelor’s or master’s degree in Engineering, Business, Economics or similar, or equivalent experience.

• Extensive experience in strategic procurement, sourcing and/or category management.

• Proven leadership experience managing senior procurement or category professionals.

• Strong experience working with suppliers in China and across global supply chains.

• Deep expertise in sourcing, negotiations, supplier management and cost optimisation.

• Strong commercial, analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven mindset.

• The ability to operate strategically while staying close to delivery and execution.

• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

• Fluency in English; Chinese language skills are a strong plus.
