Corporate Development Associate (Stockholm) - Full-Time
YOUR MISSION AT VOI
As Corporate Development Associate, you will work closely with our Director of Corporate Development & IR and the executive team to support Voi’s continued scaling in a more mature operating phase. With Voi now profitable and focused on disciplined growth, smart capital allocation and selective M&A, you will sit at the heart of our most strategic decisions across product, geography and business model expansion. You will also gain meaningful exposure to Investor Relations, working with our public bond, external communications and key capital markets stakeholders. This is an in-person role based at Voi’s Stockholm HQ, in a lean, AI-native team where leverage from AI tools and automations is core to how we work.
Contribute to M&A investment cases through market and industry research, target screening, financial modelling and valuation work.
Support end-to-end due diligence workstreams, including timeline and deliverables tracking, documentation and follow-up.
Build financial models and presentation materials for internal decision-making and external stakeholders across M&A, fundraising and strategy topics.
Prepare and administer data-rooms, and support interactions with potential targets and investors.
Support post-deal integration activities to help realise synergies and track impact versus business cases.
Contribute to equity fundraising activities, including materials preparation, investor outreach support, data-room management and IPO readiness workstreams.
Support debt fundraising activities around Voi’s public bond and alternative private credit solutions.
Help drive Investor Relations activities, from quarterly reports and presentations to Q&A materials, press releases and other external communications.
Assist in capital allocation analyses, strategic options assessments, adjacent opportunity evaluations and preparation of Board and internal decision material.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Finance, Legal, Strategy and the executive team on key strategic projects.
WHAT YOU NEED TO EMBARK
You are a commercially and analytically minded team player with strong ownership and a bias to action. You enjoy working hands-on with data, models and storylines, and you thrive in a fast-moving environment with multiple parallel projects. You are AI-native in your way of working, instinctively seeking leverage from AI tools and genuinely curious about new workflows and automations.
Minimum bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, engineering or a related field, with a strong academic record.
1+ years of experience from investment banking, management consulting, corporate finance or in-house M&A.
Proven experience in financial modelling and quantitative analysis.
Hands-on experience of storyline-building and project management, including preparation of high-quality presentation materials.
Demonstrated daily use of AI tools (e.g. Claude, ChatGPT) in analytical and research workflows.
Experience building or configuring AI agents, automations or custom AI workflows.
Fluent in English, both written and verbal, with strong rhetorical and presentation skills, including external communication.
Strong ability to analyse large volumes of data, draw insights and communicate clear recommendations.
Comfortable working cross-functionally with Finance, Legal, Strategy and executive stakeholders, managing multiple workstreams in parallel.
Advantageous but not required: exposure to equity and debt fundraising processes, basic IFRS literacy and Swedish language skills.
Don’t meet every requirement? If you are excited about this role and our mission, and have relevant, transferable skills, we encourage you to apply even if you don’t check every box.
