Bid Specialist
YOUR MISSION AT VOI
As Bid Specialist, you will collaborate closely with the wider tender team and other stakeholders, providing critical support throughout the end-to-end tender process - from RFIs and RFPs to demos and presentations. In this role, you will lead the development of persuasive tender content and contribute to the company’s strategic growth by clearly illustrating why Voi is the number one micromobility operator and the obvious partner of choice for cities. This will include:
Participating in the pursuit and pre-tender phases, supporting the Director of Tenders and other team members in building knowledge of target cities and proposition strategies.
Contributing to the tender phase for prioritised cities, including research and collaboration with local partners to ensure correct prioritisation.
Managing the end-to-end process for appropriate opportunities, according to complexity and requirements, and delivering best practices including milestones, kick-offs, quality reviews, clarifications, and submission deadlines.
Leading the drafting, reviewing, proofreading, and amendment of response content, and contributing to the tender content library.
Collaborating with Bid Designers to illustrate key points in tender responses.
Ensuring compliance with tender best practices in writing style and tone, as well as city-specific requirements or restrictions.
Supporting the translation process and collaborating with local teams to ensure high-quality translations.
Analysing tender feedback to support continuous improvement of overall quality and win rate.
Supporting and contributing to the development of content and bid management technology, as well as competitor intelligence strategies.
Sharing learnings and knowledge within and beyond the tender team, and contributing to improvements across the entire bid and content process.
