Junior Designer
YOUR MISSION AT VOI
As a Junior Designer at Voi, you will support our Commercial team across both online and offline channels, helping to bring our brand to life through strong and consistent visual communication. This is a 6-month fixed-term, hands-on design role focused on graphic design – not UX design – and you’ll work closely with our Senior Designer on a wide range of creative projects.
From marketing materials and social media content to tenders and Google Slides presentations, your work will help shape how Voi communicates with cities, partners, and riders. You’ll gain valuable experience in a fast-moving, mission-driven environment while contributing meaningfully to our commercial success. To put it into specifics you will:
- Support the design and layout of tender documents and other commercial proposals.
- Create and edit engaging presentations, especially in Google Slides, aligned with brand standards.
- Design visual assets for both online and offline marketing campaigns.
- Produce digital and print materials including stickers, hangers, brochures, and social media content.
- Ensure cohesive and high-quality design by working within Voi’s established brand guidelines.
- Take part in creative brainstorming sessions and contribute ideas to strengthen our design output.
WHAT YOU NEED TO EMBARK

- Experience in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides) and Figma.
- Understanding of graphic design principles, layout, typography, and colour theory.
