We are shaping the future of urban mobility, and we need a driven Operations Associate to join our dynamic team. This is a unique opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment where you’ll drive operational excellence, work with a passionate team, and contribute to the success of our mission across multiple cities.
As an Operations Associate, you will play a key role in supporting the Operations team by conducting data-driven analysis, identifying areas for improvement, and managing projects across your assigned region. You’ll be responsible for optimizing our operations processes, collaborating with external partners, and driving performance in a growing market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operational Strategy Support: Collaborate with Operations Managers to set strategies for successful negotiations with external service providers, ensuring adherence to commercial agreements
- Data-Driven Analysis: Conduct in-depth analytical tasks to identify deviations from KPIs in operations, assessing both top and bottom-line impacts
- Project Management: Lead and manage critical operational projects, including city launches, cross-country initiatives, warehouse relocations, and more
- Operational Excellence: Continuously identify and implement improvements across the region, driving operational efficiency, revenue growth, and cost optimization
- Compliance & Metrics: Work with internal teams and fleet partners to ensure compliance with key operational metrics, ensuring timely and successful delivery
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with local teams (Public Policy, Marketing) and central teams to optimize operations, expand into new cities, and implement best practices
- Fleet Management: Support the internal Fleet Manager team in managing day-to-day operations and ensuring compliance with service standards
WHAT YOU NEED TO EMBARK
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or a related field from a top-tier university
- Experience: 1-2+ years of experience in operations, strategy, consulting, or within a hyper-growth start-up environment
- Strong analytical skills and experience working with large datasets
- Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in G-Suite and MS Office. Experience with data analysis tools such as SQL, Tableau, Metabase, or PowerBI is a plus
- Language: Fluency in English
