In the Fleet Logic team, we are responsible for helping Voi operate one of the most efficient, reliable, and rider-friendly shared mobility fleets in the industry. Our mission is to make sure vehicles are available where and when riders need them, while enabling smarter and more sustainable field operations across our markets.

The team works on complex, real-world optimization and prediction problems at the intersection of machine learning, backend engineering, data, and operations. We use large-scale operational data to understand demand, supply, vehicle health, and fleet movements, and turn those insights into models, systems, and decision-making tools that directly influence how Voi runs day to day.

Fleet Logic is a collaborative and cross-functional team that works closely with product, engineering, analytics, operations, and local markets. The problems we solve are often open-ended, ambiguous, and highly tangible: small improvements in our models and systems can translate into better vehicle availability, more efficient operations, and a smoother experience for millions of riders.
