What does the team do?

We support our colleagues and Voi with everything, high and low, when it comes to IT and equipment, addressing a wide range of technical needs and challenges. From routine tasks to complex issues, we ensure that everyone has the necessary IT resources and assistance.

How you do it?

We oversee automated onboarding and off-boarding processes, manage Mobile Device Management (MDM), Identity Provider (IDP), and asset management. Our support is available globally for Voi’s internal users and their IT everyday needs.

Engaging in projects of various scales, we align our work with Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) year-round. While some projects significantly impact the organisation, others contribute in different ways, all part of our commitment to ongoing improvement and growth, contributing to Voi’s IT posture.
