Compensation & Benefits Manager
YOUR MISSION AT VOI
As our Compensation & Benefits Manager, you will own and develop Voi’s compensation and benefits area, ensuring our offering is competitive, fair, simple to manage and compliant across our markets. You will play a key role in shaping the structures, processes and programmes that help us attract, engage and retain talent as we continue building sustainable cities made for living.
In this role, you will work closely with People, Finance, Legal and other stakeholders to keep our compensation and benefits approach relevant, transparent and aligned with Voi’s business needs. This includes:
Developing and implementing compensation and benefits programmes that support Voi’s people strategy
Analysing market and internal compensation data to ensure competitiveness, fairness and consistency
Maintaining and developing Voi’s job structure and internal compensation frameworks
Managing recurring compensation review processes and incentive compensation
Ensuring compliance with relevant compensation and benefits laws, regulations and best practices
Collaborating with HR Business Partners, People Operations, Payroll, Finance and Legal to budget for and administer compensation and benefits programmes
Managing employee benefits programmes such as health insurance, pension plans and wellness initiatives
Providing guidance, training and clear information to employees and managers on compensation and benefits
Supporting the maintenance and development of Voi’s employee option programme together with Legal and other stakeholders
Monitoring industry trends and participating in cross-functional projects to continuously improve our offering
WHAT YOU NEED TO EMBARK
We are looking for a structured and collaborative compensation and benefits professional who enjoys combining data, people impact and practical execution. You are comfortable working with different stakeholders, translating complex topics into clear guidance, and building processes that are both compliant and easy to use.
To succeed in this role, we believe you have:
Relevant education in human resources, business administration or a related field, or equivalent experience
At least 5 years of experience in full-scale compensation and benefits management, preferably in an international company
Strong knowledge of compensation and benefits laws, regulations and best practices.
Experience working with HRIS and compensation management software
Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex data to support informed decisions.
Clear communication skills and the ability to engage with stakeholders across People, Finance, Legal and the wider organisation
Project management skills, with the ability to drive processes from planning to delivery.
A high level of accuracy and attention to detail
