Head of HRPB
YOUR MISSION AT VOI
As Head of HRBP at Voi, you will lead our People Business Partnering function across multiple European markets, shaping the strategy and developing the team that brings it to life. You will support our full workforce, from warehouse and field operations to office-based teams, and act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders across the business.
Reporting into the CPCO, you will be part of the People & Culture Leadership Team and work closely with Talent Acquisition, Rewards, HR Operations and Talent Development to make our People agenda a true business enabler. This is a hands-on leadership role: alongside leading the function, you will also hold direct HRBP responsibility for selected departments, partnering operationally with leaders on day-to-day people topics, employee relations and change.
In this role, you will:
Lead, coach and develop a pan-European team of People Business Partners, ensuring consistent, high-quality partnering across markets and employee groups.
Act as a strategic advisor to the CPCO and senior leaders, translating business needs into clear People priorities and actions.
Build scalable ways of working that help the team operate confidently across different labour law environments and workforce needs.
Act as senior escalation point for complex employee relations matters, investigations, restructurings and change initiatives, in close partnership with Legal and external counsel.
Partner with Talent Development on performance, leadership development and succession planning.
Use people data, engagement insights and workforce trends to support evidence-based decision-making.
Collaborate with TA, Rewards and HR Operations on workforce planning, compensation, benefits, policies and key leadership hiring.
Act as the dedicated HR Business Partner for selected departments, owning the full operational People agenda for those areas, from day-to-day leader support and employee relations to organisational changes and people planning.
WHAT YOU NEED TO EMBARK
We are looking for an experienced People leader who combines strategic thinking with strong operational judgement. You are confident advising senior stakeholders, comfortable navigating complexity across countries, and motivated by building a high-performing, collaborative and trusted People Business Partnering function.
To succeed in this role, we believe you bring:
8+ years’ experience in HR Business Partnering or People leadership, including 3+ years leading a People Business Partner team.
Experience working across multiple European countries and supporting both operational and office-based teams.
Strong understanding of European employment law fundamentals and experience working with legal counsel on complex, high-risk cases.
A track record of handling sensitive employee relations matters, investigations, whistleblowing cases and restructurings with care and sound judgement.
Experience leading change and supporting leaders through transformation.
Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence senior leaders and translate strategy into action.
A data-informed approach to People decision-making.
A Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration or a related field, or equivalent experience.
Experience from a fast-scaling, multi-market operational business is a plus.
Additional European languages, such as German, French, Spanish or Norwegian, are a plus.
Don’t meet every requirement? If you are excited about this role and our mission, and have relevant, transferable skills, we encourage you to apply – even if you don’t check every box.
