YOUR MISSION AT VOI
As a People Operations Intern, you'll provide hands-on administrative support to our People & Culture team, working closely with People Operations colleagues to keep day-to-day operations running smoothly. Your mission is to help us deliver timely and accurate support to our Teams across the Nordics and UK. In this role, you will:
Monitor and respond to employee queries via our P&C Service Desk (Jira), ensuring timely, accurate, and friendly support.
Assist the People Operations team with daily administrative tasks across the Nordics and UK, providing valuable additional capacity to the team.
Support data entry and maintenance in our HR systems, help prepare people reports, and assist with basic people data analytics.
Help draft, update, and maintain people-related documentation and policies under supervision, ensuring accuracy and compliance with local regulations.
Support policy maintenance and conduct research on people-related topics, including labor law for the Nordics and UK.
Assist with operational tasks such as setting up courses and supporting internal processes.
Participate in projects to improve and digitalize people processes, bringing a fresh perspective.
WHAT YOU NEED TO EMBARK
We care more about your mindset and soft skills than a long CV. If you're detail-oriented, communicative, and eager to learn, we'd love to hear from you. To thrive in this role, you'll ideally have:
An interest in HR, people operations, or organizational development – an interest in labor law (Nordics and/or UK) is a plus.
Currently studying or recently graduated, ideally in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Law, or a related field.
Strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a genuine appreciation for structured administrative work.
Proactiveness and patience, with comfort handling recurring, ticket-based operational tasks.
A quick-learner, eager-to-learn mindset; comfort with digital tools and HR systems, and a willingness to learn (including basic AI tools) – you don't need to be an expert.
Professional proficiency in English, written and spoken (Swedish is a plus), and a team-player attitude that embodies the Voi Vibe: open-minded, collaborative, and ready to make an impact.
WHY VOI?
Working at Voi is more than just a job; Our People Promise includes a personal Voiage where you will grow as a professional and be a part of a team and culture that builds something meaningful for society. In addition to this you’ll have the opportunity to:
