In our mechanical team, you'll maintain and repair our vehicles, keeping our fleet in excellent condition and supporting colleagues out in the field.
In our in-field team, you'll use one of our electric vans to carry out operations across London, making sure our service runs safely, smoothly and reliably for every rider.
Your Team Lead will guide where you're most needed each day, so no two shifts are the same.

Collect and deploy Voi vehicles across the city
Locate and retrieve damaged vehicles
Swap out batteries to keep vehicles ride-ready
Carry out quick on-site repairs
Diagnose and fix more complex mechanical issues
Dismantle and recycle vehicles that can't be repaired
Help receive, check and prepare new vehicles and batteries at the warehouse
Support the wider team in the field repositioning vehicles, clearing parking spots and flagging issues.
You'll be part of a team that shares knowledge, looks out for each other and takes pride in the work they do.
What you'll bring
Full UK driving licence (held for at least 12 months, with no more than 6 points and no major offences). This is a firm requirement for our e-van insurance. Licence checks are part of the recruitment process.
Confidence navigating London by van in varying traffic and weather conditions
A collaborative mindset, you enjoy working with others and are happy to take initiative when needed
Willingness to share knowledge and contribute to a respectful, supportive team culture
