Operations Associate, Belgium
YOUR MISSION AT VOI
As Operations Associate (Belgium), you will be a key player in ensuring smooth, efficient, and high-quality operations across all our Belgian cities. You will work closely with the Belgian Market Operations team and local field and warehouse teams, analysing data and turning insights into concrete actions that improve our service and fleet performance. Reporting to the Country Manager, you will be the bridge between local and central teams, driving continuous improvement in our ways of working and contributing directly to safe, reliable, and sustainable micromobility in Belgium.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Supporting the Belgian Market Operations and local teams with analysis and follow-up of operational data for in-field and warehouse operations.
Planning local logistics, including deployment, collection, rebalancing, and transportation of vehicles.
Working continuously with the implementation of product and process optimisation to maximise fleet utilisation while managing cost.
Assisting the warehouse organisation with strategic planning, ensuring efficient operations and implementation of standard operating procedures and best practices.
Managing relationships with 3PLs and internal teams to secure efficient in-field operations and maximise fleet uptime.
Supporting the administration of invoices, approvals, contracts, and follow-up for local operations.
Collaborating closely with the wider Market Operations team and acting as the link between central and local teams to drive improvements in our operations and service.
WHAT YOU NEED TO EMBARK
You are a hands-on, analytical team player who enjoys turning numbers into actions and impact on the ground. You are comfortable working independently, but also thrive in collaboration with a diverse group of colleagues across markets and functions.
We believe you will bring:
Professional fluency in English, French, and Dutch.
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, economics, or a similar field (or equivalent experience).
Experience working in management consulting, logistics, operations, or a similar analytical/operational environment.
Strong skills in analysing large data sets in Google Sheets or Excel; experience with SQL and Metabase is a plus.
Experience creating clear, structured presentations in Google Slides or PowerPoint.
High analytical ability, strong ownership, and the capacity to adapt quickly to changing priorities and situations.
Don’t meet every requirement? If you are excited about this role and our mission, and have relevant, transferable skills, we encourage you to apply – even if you don’t check every box.
