Your mission at Voi
You will be responsible for the maintenance and refurbishment of our vehicles and spare parts, as well as maintaining good inventory.
Here are some exciting tasks awaiting you as a Fleet Specialist:
- Pick/pack ship operations
- Performing on-site refurbishment activities.
- Recycling and dismantling spare parts and/or vehicles that cannot be repaired.
- Assisting with the acceptance, unpackaging, and provision of vehicles and spare parts arriving at the warehouse.
- Supporting our on-site team as needed, whether it's identifying damaged vehicles, clearing parking spaces, or setting up fallen vehicles.
What you'll need to embark
We're looking for a highly motivated and responsible team player who can handle tasks and solve problems independently. With a proactive approach, you should be skilled in finding innovative solutions and achieving set objectives. In addition, the right candidate should have:
- Fluent in Polish, both verbal and written and if you're fluent in English, it's a plus
- Experience in warehouse operations and logistics
- Experience operating forklifts, pallet jacks, or other warehouse equipment and a valid license to operate them.
- Experience using warehouse management systems (WMS)
- Refurbishment experience is a plus
- Mechanical experience is a plus
- Good knowledge of inventory control systems and stock rotation
- Ability to use handheld scanners and mobile devices
- Education within logistics or similar would be an advantage but not a requirement.
Job conditions
- Working hours: Full time
- Contract type: 12 months Fixed Term Contract with 2 months probation period
- Start date: 01.11.2025
