Graphic Design Intern
YOUR MISSION AT VOI
As a Design Intern, you will support our commercial initiatives across both online and offline channels, contributing to the design and layout of marketing materials, tenders, and presentations. This role offers an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience and work alongside our Senior Designer on a variety of projects and play a key role in enhancing our visual communications, ensuring that our brand is represented with consistency and creativity. To put it into specifics you will:
- Support the design and layout of tender documents and other commercial proposals.
- Create and edit presentations, especially in Google Slides, ensuring alignment with brand standards.
- Assist in designing visual assets for both online and offline marketing campaigns.
- Collaborate with the commercial team to produce digital and print materials, including stickers, hangers, social media assets, and brochures.
- Work within established brand guidelines to ensure cohesive and professional visual communication.
- Participate in brainstorming and creative sessions to contribute ideas and feedback.
WHAT YOU NEED TO EMBARK
We’re looking for a collaborative and curious Design Intern who is currently studying Graphic Design or a related field. In addition to being fluent in English we believe the right person has:
- Experience in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides) and Figma.
- Understanding of graphic design principles, typography, and colour theory.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Attention to details.
