YOUR MISSION AT VOI
As Central Operations Manager E-bikes you will combine an analytical perspective to identify and address operational challenges across all markets. In this role, you will focus on solving issues in our repairs and maintenance, with a particular emphasis on elevating e-bike operations to the same standard as our e-scooter operations. You will drive continuous improvement, develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs), and support new ways of working and innovative solutions to optimize efficiency across our markets.

In this role, you will focus on solving issues in our repairs and maintenance, with a particular emphasis on elevating e-bike operations to the same standard as our e-scooter operations. You will drive continuous improvement, develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs), and support new ways of working and innovative solutions to optimize efficiency across our markets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Standardization
- Lead the development, implementation, and adherence to SOPs for e-bike and e-scooter operations.
- Set KPIs for operational performance and ensure consistent follow-up on results and compliance to drive efficiency and quality across all operations and markets.
- E-Bike Operations Development
- Provide e-bike expertise to the internal e-bike launch project and provide support to markets launching new e-bikes.
- Develop and roll out tools and workflows to bring e-bike repairs and maintenance to the same standard as e-scooter operations.
- Explore and implement innovative ways of working, including new equipment and workflows, to reduce transport tasks and associated costs.
- Focus on improving repair quality, reducing non-magic rides, and increasing the volume of in-field repairs.
- Analyzing operational data to identify performance gaps, with a specific focus on e-bike and repair metrics, to guide targeted improvement initiatives.
- Facilitate and manage cross-functional collaboration to integrate operational expertise, share best practices, and drive innovation in both e-scooter and e-bike workflows.
- Continuous Improvement and stay attuned to operational trends, tools, and innovations to identify opportunities for improvement and scalability
- Gain a deep understanding of operational complexity and proactively address emerging challenges in e-bike and e-scooter operations.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO EMBARK
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management, preferably in the transportation industry.
- Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions.
- Experience in developing and implementing standard operating procedures (SOPs) and proven track record of driving continuous improvement initiatives.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Knowledge of e-bike operations and repair processes is a plus.
