Acting as a strategic link between the People & Culture (P&C) team and the business, we ensure alignment on goals, drive forward P&C OKRs, and bring valuable insights and feedback back into the wider function.
In a managerial role, you’ll probably interact with me in these ways:
- Strategic support: Collaborating on org planning, team structure, and aligning people initiatives with business goals.
- Performance & development: Supporting goal-setting, feedback processes, and coaching for growth.
- Employee relations: Acting as a sounding board for people-related questions and helping navigate challenges fairly and constructively.
- Engagement & culture: Rolling out engagement surveys, analyzing feedback, and identifying actions to improve team experience.
- Change & communication: Leading or supporting the roll-out of new HR initiatives and helping teams adapt to change.
- People insights: Sharing relevant HR data or trends to help inform decisions and improve ways of working.
