The Sustainability Function is responsible for driving the development and implementation of Voi’s global sustainability strategy and communication to build the Voi brand content with regards to sustainability and support Voi’s long-term success.

The Voi sustainability team is working closely with all parts of the organization, as well as external stake holders, to ensure we define changes required to optimise resource use to reduce environmental impact, and drive progress to position Voi as a global leader in sustainability

Team members are engaged in diverse activities ranging from monitoring regulations, competitor activity and academic research to initiate and support change initiatives to achieve key sustainability goals as well as monitoring and report progress. Your role will be crucial in defining and implementing impactful sustainability initiatives, making key decisions, and driving forward projects that have a substantial and positive impact on our organisation's sustainability direction.

Åsa Christiander is our Head of Sustainability. She has worked many years in sustainability and management consulting at McKinsey & Co and Afry and more than 15 years in global roles in strategy, innovation management, product management and sustainability at ASSA ABLOY. She is a strong believer in circularity, the connection between sustainability and business value and the art of growing your own food.
