Karolina Lindvall
Product Manager – Research & DevelopmentIn the Fleet Logic team, we are responsible for vehicle- availability and reliability. This means ensuring all Voi users have a scooter or e-bike in great condition, available at the right location and when needed. We identify the need to re-balance or repair a vehicle, which is sent to our in-field operations team, to maximise the value of operations.
The team is highly data-driven and works tightly together. We leverage data from our vehicles, operational history and user feedback to build machine learning models and automated services such as supply demand forecasting, identification of wrongly parked vehicles and predictive maintenance models.
As a Product Manager, my role is to ensure the success and impact of our product. I define and drive the team strategy and targets, conduct user research to prioritise and define product initiatives, evaluate the value of releases and work with operations teams to configure and optimise the use of our product.
We offer you the chance to join a talented team where you will be able to contribute from day one. We are a small team that values collaboration and an inclusive environment where you will get the chance to work on tangible problems that have a direct effect on millions of users all across Europe.

We believe that micromobility will play a central role in changing how people move in our towns and cities in the future and want to ensure that the micromobility transformation happens the right way - through real innovative technology, partnership and transparent dialogue with towns, cities and governments, and by adapting our products to the local needs. In addition to improving quality of life in cities around the world, we are contributing to the solution for climate change by making sustainable transportation options more widely available and promoting renewable energy use and circularity along our supply chain.
