Head of Talent Acquisition – Business OperationsThe Talent Acquisition team enables Voi to succeed by understanding its talent needs & attracting and recruiting the right people who will add value to our business. Our responsibilities include working as recruitment partners with hiring managers to advise them on all areas related to talent acquisition and managing the recruitment process from start to finish.
Our goal is to ensure that we have a world class recruitment process and therefore we are responsible for everything from high to low. This means working with managers as strategic advisors to coordinating each stage of the recruitment process. This includes creating job profiles & adverts as well as social media posts & content, actively sourcing candidates and building strong pipelines, conducting and coordinating interviews, advising managers on candidate suitability, preparing job offers and employment contracts, as well as being the point of contact for both managers and external candidates.
