To continue our growth we are now looking for a Head of Public Policy & Communications to drive corporate communication, policy development and support the continued success with high priority tenders in the Nordics & Benelux. YOUR MISSION AT VOI

As the Head of Public Policy & Communications (Nordics & Benelux) you will have overall responsibility for setting the region's policy strategy, shaping critical regulatory and political processes, overseeing the market development strategy and delivering on key communication goals in close collaboration with the regions General Manager, the local Policy & Communications team, and other stakeholders to support a successful tender process and growing a sustainable business. In addition to this, you will work in close collaboration with our CEO, CFO and CCO to plan and deliver Voi’s Corporate Communication agenda. This will include:

• Collaborating closely with the region’s commercial leaders to define, communicate, implement and execute the policy strategy
• Overseeing the region’s market development strategy and contributing to regional, national and global business strategies to ensure Voi is well positioned to win tenders
• Working in close collaboration with our CEO, CFO and CCO to plan and deliver Voi’s Corporate Communication agenda
• Collaborating with the regional and global communications team to deliver on key communications goals that supports the policy agenda and positioning, and maintains Voi’s good reputation in the region
• Owning and developing productive long-term relationships with high-level public stakeholders, partners and research collaborators
• Being a thought leader and spokesperson for Voi’s micromobility agenda in the region, eg. in the media, on stage and at events
• Managing and supporting the local policy & communications team to reach set goals
• Supporting and collaborating closely with the General Manager and acting as a senior leader with impact on both a regional and global level
• Continuously collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to develop new initiatives and activities that drive the micromobility agenda in the region

WHAT YOU NEED TO EMBARK

We’re looking for a communicative and goal-oriented public policy professional with the ability to understand our commercial and regulatory reality, give actionable advice to both internal and external stakeholders and the ambition to operate as a thought leader for micromobility in the Nordic region. In addition to being fluent in Swedish and English, we believe the right person has:

• Several years experience from public affairs in micromobility, mobility, transportation or other related field
• Strong network and experience from managing and influencing major political stakeholders and regulatory processes in the Nordic political landscape
• Experience of reactive and proactive corporate communication targeting Swedish and international tech & business media
• Strong understanding of public relations and communication in a public policy context
• Proven experience from planning and executing multiple large cross-functional projects simultaneously
• A structured and analytical approach to identifying trends and upcoming regulations and their impact
• Experience leading and managing a team
