IT Specialist

Today we are the #1 e-scooter service in Europe, operating in 100 cities with over 100 MILLION rides to date. It has been an amazing journey and we have no intention of stopping now! We’re now looking for an IT Specialist who might be you if you love automations.
YOUR MISSION AT VOI
As the IT Specialist your main responsibility is to handling the accounts and licences of our third party systems and services and supporting our employees in technical matters. This will include:
- Own Atlassian product suite.
- Own our internal IT tools and make sure they are set up correctly and do administrative tasks in those tools.
- Drive our Unified endpoint management processes.
- Be part of setting standards and best practices when it comes to procedures.
- Be part of ensuring IT compliance throughout the organisation.
- Make sure on and off boarding is done correctly while ensuring all our employees have smooth digital workplace experience.
- Take part in certain Internal IT projects and initiatives to drive the Internal IT strategy forward.
WHAT YOU NEED TO EMBARK
We’re looking for an energetic and service minded helpdesk professional with experience from working with Atlassian in a fast-paced environment. It's ok if some points is new to you, we don't expect anyone to know everything. We foster a team culture were everyone is expected to share and help grow those around them. In addition to being fluent in English, we believe the right person has:
- Experience from user- or customer support (or similar) in multiple locations
- Experience in cloud based solutions
- Fluency in both Mac & PC
- Well versed in Atlassian, Google Workspace & Slack
- You love to automate tedious tasks and is well versed in the flows and automations of a ticketing system
